How to add the vendor name to the Packing Slip

Hello NetSuite Gurus,

I tried to add the vendor name to the Packing Slip as below:

And it shows this error:


My Packing Slip was generated from this template:


Could you please let me know how to display the Vendor Name in the Packing Slip?
