How do I pay holiday pay to hourly and salaried employees without having to manually recalculate?

Is there an automatic way to add holiday pay? I had to try to get all of my hourly employees to leave the holiday blank then bulk edit a holiday in. Salary people automatically still get 40 hours so when I bulk edit holiday they end up with 48.
