How to Manage updated transaction and transactionline records with rest api?

Do you have any suggestions how we could manage updated transaction and transactionline records with rest api?
- first we can just get new records by id in a master results table
- however we would also want to get records that have been recently updated? some may be new records and some might be older.
Q: Do you have any suggestions how we could manage updated records with rest api?
maybe like this:
1 - first we can just get new records by id, in a master results table
2 - then we can query by last modification field and add those to a temp table
0
