I am trying the feature of sending automatic debt notification email to customers, and have done the following steps:

Step 1: I have created a saved search detailing the time of debt notification, named: "Detailed report of receivables by invoice_TEST AUTO EMAIL".

But when the email is sent back, there is no notification header, it appears like this:

Can you help me set up so that the subject of the email automatically does not have the customer name blank like I am experiencing?
