Sending a note/alert?

Hi all,

We still try to correct our daily operation, but we have some operating errors already.

So I wonder is it possible to setup some kind of warning note when some errors found? Workflow?

Like

  1. Shipping cost is $0.00, should not be able to invoiced.
  2. Unfulfilled SOs should not be able to invoiced.
