Why is a tax code missing?
Hello!
This morning we are unable to process any Canadian transactions because the tax code we use, "Avatax-CAN", is not being applied automatically AND we are unable to select it manually at the line level.
I have verified the tax code is set up and is on the customer record(s). Screenshots attached.
