Saved Search > Customers with All Billed Sales Orders
I have a Saved Search that shows me if there are any customers that have a custom field ('no creditcard on file') that's just a checkbox, but currently have credit cards in their customer profile. I would like to show results ONLY if all their orders have been billed.
It's a Customer Saved Search and I've tried to add the requirement "transaction: status" to see if it's "is none of Sales Order:Pending Fulfillment, Sales Order:Pending Billing/Partially Fulfilled, Sales Order:Pending Billing, Sales Order:Pending Approval, Sales Order:Partially Fulfilled"
However, this doesn't do anything. I get everything depending on the custom field + if they have creditcards in their record. How do I get around this and ONLY get the results where all of their orders have been billed?
