AE:Duplicate QUO, SO, INV records are created for only one customer

When creating a quote, SO or invoice for one specific customer, we have a duplicate record entry appear. If we delete one of the duplicate records, both are removed. Both duplicate records are seen in financial calculations, making bookkeeping interesting.
