Why is the Sum Summary type on the saved search not accurate?
My goal is to see how many of each item were ordered this year along with other criteria. The issue is some items are coming out with the incorrect amount for sum. How can I fix this?

Here are my actual results, some are correct for example the SM7110 but the RM3548 sum is incorrect. There is actually a total of 79 not 158.
