NetSuite Bank Data Import Failed

Hi All!

About 2 months ago we implemented the auto-import of bank statements by the 'Bank Statement Parsers'

The system sends an Email notification for each bank account import attempt.

In practice, we don't receive files every day for all accounts (for example: In cases when there no are transactions in a specific account on a specific date, the file will not be generated to the source folder), as a result, we receiving too many email notification of 'NetSuite Bank Data Import Failed'

My questions are:

  • How can we avoid these email notifications?
  • Can we control which users will get these notifications?
