Drag and Drop - Files not attaching to record
Hi everyone,
Bit of a strange one.
Our AP team attach files to vendor bills via drag and drop, but sometimes the files then don't appear under the Files section on the Communication tab.
Usually several days later they'll see that a vendor bill is missing a file and when they go to attach it they get an error box saying the existing file will be overwritten.
When I go into the File Cabinet I can see the folder successfully generated with the file inside (including the internal ID of the record) but nothing is actually showing on the Vendor Bill record itself.
