How do I make completed quantity field mandatory in work order completion form

I'm trying to make "Completed Quantity" field in Work Order Completion form mandatory. When I customize the Work Order Completion form, it does not give me an option to make it mandatory. Do you know why? Currently, I'm able to complete Work Order Completion without putting any quantity in the Completed Quantity field
