AE: -NO ACCOUNTING PERIOD- on BS report

I got this odd period display on BS reports when we set "SHOW ZEROS" configuration on.

I put our report's capture and configurations' as well.

We have to display "zero"'s accounts as well.

SO, we want to figure out the cause of this odd behavior and the way to remove the display.
