How can I create payment terms for each subsidiary separately and not for all subsidiaries

Hi Guys, I hope you are well.

Find attached the form for creating payment terms, but there is no way to limite it for just a specific subsidiary. Can you help me find a way to solve it? I don't want to create many payment terms and see those in all subsidiaries.
