inline edit on saved search

Greetings,

I have a saved search on which I can see Inline Edits in the custom role but not in my Admin role.

First SS is from Custom role and Second one is from the Admin Role. we are trying to create a new role but in that role we need to be able to mimic the first screesnshot.

which permission controls inline Edit, that even Admin role doesn't have?
