What Permission Am I Missing To Allow User to see Items Under Mass Update
Hello!
I have a user with a Custom Role that would like to do a Mass Update on Items. I am an Admin and I am fine with him doing this, but I do not want to give him the Admin role in NetSuite. But unfortunately, when he goes to Lists -> Mass Update -> Mass Updates -> General Updates, Items is NOT listed.
This users Custom Role already has Edit level access to the Items permission. And his Employee Record reflects the same, even though it does not need to. And the users Custom Role already has Edit access to the Mass Updates permission. So, I do not understand what permission I am missing to allow this user to Mass Update on Items.
