Approving Expense reports on Mobile App

We are unable to approve or reject Expense Report as we don't a button/link on records.

It shows a Summary and details but nothing else. If you go into the expense report itself, it shows the header fields and an option to edit but THAT'S ALL (that I can see).

We've tried to follow the documentation but don't see (For iOS, tap Approve or Reject) options referred to in there.
