Sales Order Location vs Fulfillment Location

Hello everyone! I am trying to create a report of some kind that will show me the Sales order location and the Fulfillment location. Sometimes we have instances where the SO is originated in one warehouse and fulfilled in another and they dont catch it and change it to the correct location. So hopefully we can create a report or saved search that will list the order, the location of the sales order, the fulfillment and the location of the fulfillment. does anyone know if this is possible? and if so, how can i create this?
