Custom field on address record

I want to create a Custom field against a Shipping address, but there is no way to customize the address screens. Also when I looked on Suite Answers it tells me to go to 'Customization - Lists, Records, Fields - Other Record Fields >

But I do not have the option 'Other Record Fields >'
