Is it possible to suppress a column in a Saved Search Output

I have a Saved Search that gives me the results I want.

However, I want to be able to omit/suppress the first column BILL OF MATERIALS in the pdf output.

Below is my data for the Saved Search followed by the Report form (where I want to omit the first column).
