Why is the Trial Balance Report Showing Incorrect Details?

Hi,

I am unable to see correct detail of transactions under certain nominals on trial balance report.

for instance the shareholder equity 3000 shows a balance of £127.2 on summary but this not the same when i click the amount for details. please advise.
