Intelligent Payment Automation, powered by BILL (formerly Bill.com), lets you automate payments, manage vendor details, and bank account information within NetSuite.
The SuiteApp is available to organizations based in the U.S. with a valid U.S. address, or to global customers (except Canada, China, and Japan) with U.S. business subsidiaries. It only supports payments to vendors operating in the United States.

How to store the emails in the NetSuite transaction?
Emailing NetSuite Transactions
I have a question about sending an email from a transaction to a trading partner.
For example, if I send an email from invoice with an invoice PDF attached, the sender's email address is set to my NetSuite login email address, "d.momose@four-brains.com".
Let's say my business partner's email address is "morumoru0110@yahoo.co.jp".
However, the end of the word is listed as "<system@sent-via.netsuite.com>" and the reply-to is listed as "<messages.xxxxxxx.2.561b52e7a9@xxxxxxx.email.netsuite.com>".
What does this mean?
Does it mean that if I want to reply to the email address received by my business partner, I need to send the email to "<messages.xxxxxxx.2.561b52e7a9@xxxxxxx.email.netsuite.com>"?
