How Does Netsuite deal with Divisional reporting
What is the recommended way of dealing with Divisional reporting in Netsuite , How can we build a divisional hierarchy and report on all levels of the divisional hierarchy
If it is through the Department Dimension Then why can we not report on the lowest level of the division without using custom lists to separate out the rest of the hierarchy. The list of the lowest levels of the department hierarchy includes the names of the parent depts . Using custom lists does mean that everything that uses the indigenous department listing will have to be changed it also means we have to maintain 2 department lists, The custom dept list as well as the original dept list. This does not sound right do you have any other suggestions
