How to assign different segments to Individual Accounts of those in Debit and Credits?
Hi Team,
Are you aware of a feature or functionality that allows you to assign financial segments to individual accounts of those in the debit or credits in a transactions.
The use case is that I want to track accounts different information to different departments for materials or cost tracking purposes.
Example:
Sales - (Sales Departments)
COGS/Inventory - (Materials Department)
I tried doing this with KIT Items and assigning the sales department in the KIT record department segment and the component kit items to materials department but this is what is happening in the GL impact:
AR (Sales Department) - 100
