Are there Audit Trail Pages for Rename Records/Transactions & Auto-Generated Numbers?

Hi all! One of our Admins went rogue and has made changes to record names and turned on autogenerated numbering, but won't admit it 😱. Is there a saved search that can be created that will identify who made these changes?

There are no system notes, so I'm not even sure if this is possible.
