Intercompany dropship addresslist error

edited Jun 2, 2025 2:32PM in Ask A Guru 6 comments

Hello,

I am currently evaluating the possibility to use this intercompany dropship feature.

What I want to achieve is :

  • Subsidiary 1 creates a sales order to customer
  • Purchase order is automatically created to Subsidiary 2
  • Sales order is automatically created from Sub 2 to Sub 1
  • Sub 1 Fullfil the item and ship to customer
  • Sub 2 automatically IR and IF

So far, I have the two first bullet points working. When I go to manage intercompany sales order and that I try to create the associated sales order, I get the following error :

"Invalid shipaddresslist reference key 416360 for entity 845391."

I looked in database and ID 416360 is indeed an address from my end customer (that's what I want), but the entity 845391 is my customer representing Subsidiary 1 , so this is normal that the key does not belong to it.
