How to generate a Budget vs Actual Report in the Subsidiary's currency?

Hi

I have imported budget for a subsidiary in US in US$ via Financial>Setup Budget>Import. No category was set up as I don't think we can as we do not have the budgeting module. Our base currency for the group is sterling £.

when I run the Budget v Actual report, the actual figures for the US subsidiary is in £ and the budget in $! how can I fix this? I think the problem is in the filter for the subsidiary below which I can't change. Subsidiary context filter has been fixed to the Group(consolidated)! can't even delete that filter. In the
