How to create a saved search or report of transactions affecting all Bank Accounts that are not rela

Is it possible to pull a saved search or a report of ALL transactions that affect bank accounts that are not AR / AP related?


We want to see everything affecting cash that is not related to a customer refund or customer payment and nothing related to a vendor payment or vendor refund.
