Electronic Bank Payments - Bill Payment gone
Hey all,
Our Electronic Bill Payments bundle updated on 4/23/23. My AP person went to pay bills today so went to Payments||Payment Processing and the Bill Payment function wasn't there. How do we make EFT(ACH) payments after the update?
Before we would use this function, select our bank account, enter a date range to bring up bills to pay, enter a EFT file reference note, select bills to pay, and click submit. Then we would get the file and upload to our bank.
Did our update mess up or are we supposed to do something else now? Would have been nice if they told us what to do.
