How to change recipient for this email?

Hi NetSuite Team,

I would like to seek assistance for an issue we encountered wherein we can't change the recipient for a specific email. This is the email:

We want to know where is this email coming from as it looks like NetSuite is generating the email with "INVALID ACCOUNTS EMAIL" on the subject.
