Time entry not showing as billable

Hi NetSuite Team,

We have a timeentry which was created in the past and billable flag is unchecked.

Now we need to edit this time entry and become billable, but system is unchecking and marking unbillable even produtive and exempt flags are unchecked under project preferences.

Could you check that?
