Email Notification for Release of Work Order
I'm trying to set up an automated email notification when a Work Order's status is changed to Released. I've set up similar notifications before for record status changes in saved searches, but this one is not working for some reason.
I created a saved search "Open Work Orders" which lists Type = Work Order, Status = any of "Work Order: Planned, Work Order:Released", and Main Line = True.
In the Email subtab, I set myself as the recipient and set Updated Fields to Field = Status, When New Value Is = "Released".
When I release a work order, no notification is sent. If I remove the Updated Fields setting and just have it send an alert when anything is changed, then I do get the email notification. Why does this not work when I try to limit the email to only Updated Fields = Status?
