AE: why getting 'APPROVED_1_CANNOT_BE_SET_TO_PENDING_APPROVAL_OR_REJECTED_STATUS' ?

While transforming sales order to invoice, getting APPROVED_1_CANNOT_BE_SET_TO_PENDING_APPROVAL_OR_REJECTED_STATUS exception even from script not touching approval status anywhere, can anyone suggest!, thanks in advance,
