Purchase Contract to Create Sales Orders
Hello,
We are hoping to find a way to have a Purchase Contract with a supplier entered into Netsuite, when the contract has been confirmed the contract can create sales orders.
The process flow would be as follows:
Employee discusses a contract with a Supplier verbally.
The Employee creates the contract within Netsuite.
Once the Supplier and Employee agree on terms, the employee updates the contract if needed.
The Employee sends out the contract to customers.
The Employee then creates a SO per customer who wants to place an order with the agreed qty. The Employee creates the PO at the time of creating the SO by selecting Create PO = Drop Ship. The PO is created and details are sent to Supplier and Customer.
