Saved search which to pull Customer Item pricing price level. Search type -Customer part number

Hi,

We using search type customer part number.

How to pull customer item pricing price level.

If we add in results tab system pull duplicate records.

For some items item pricing in customer maintained


If we use search type' pricing' price level pull correct data but it don't have customer part number details.

Any suggestion using formula option.

unable to find right code type
