WFM / Time-off / Payroll Holidays
We are implementing Workforce Management. How does HOLIDAY time get posted to the timesheet? My implementation consultant says it is ALL done in NetSuite through Time-Off and Payroll. However, this website (https://www.netsuite.com/portal/products/hcm/workforce-management.shtml) states "Accurately Pay Workers. Automatic calculation of hours, overtime and HOLIDAYS helps minimize compliance risk. Seamlessly transfer calculations to SuitePeople Payroll for processing."
I can't figure out how to get holiday pay on all 80 of my employees without manually adding it. Please help.
