How does a nonprofit account for processing fees on donations?

My organization is new to NetSuite. We receive donations through Stripe, which removes the processing fees before depositing our funds. I enter the donation for the constituent for the total amount. When I go to match bank transactions, I can't because the amount deposited is less than the original donation. Is there a way to account for the fees so the donor gets full credit and still match the bank transactions?
