Need to build a specific login access granted/revoke saved search for audit
Hello!
I need to build a single employee saved search that shows Name, Job Title, Employee Status, Access Granted Date and Access Removal Date.
I've been messing around with system notes criteria/results to try to achieve this but it seems I'll need a formula or something in order to display this export exactly as our auditors need it.
I can pinpoint when the Login Access field was changed of course but it seems that when creating an employee record, the login access field is not documented in System Notes, so I'm only pulling employees that had a value change for this field and not employees that were granted access at the time of record creation. Is there any way to combine these two criteria sets to display as one result column for granted and one for removed?
