What does Invalid customform reference key 273 result on a csv item import mean?

We have not been able to successfully upload any item CSVs recently (even ones that had previously uploaded without any issues in the past) the result we receive each time says  Invalid customform reference key 273. Anyone know what this means & how we can fix it?
