Specific Journal entry does not show in Revenue by Customer Report

Description:

Customer created an amortization journal entry that shows in the Income Statement.This customer has a legal obligation to explain the Revenue Lines by Customer, then we pull out the Revenue By Customer standard report adding all GL accounts in the filter. The amortization journal entry does not show in the Revenue by Customer report.


Have any of you ever experienced this kind of behavior?
