Bundle 51007 - Warranty and Repairs Management installing error

Hello community!

I'm trying to install in a Sandbox account the Warranty and Repairs Management bundle but Netsuite give me the following error:

You have not been granted access to the bundle.

I've checked all the prerequisites here https://suiteanswers.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/37377/loc/en_US and didn't have problems installing in a production account.

Can you help me with this problem?
