Sticky Notes - Email link triggers new login
A new login is triggered when clicking the email link received to view a StickyNote, even when already logged in to Netsuite. This creates a new logged in instance/tab which is causing Netsuite to lock up on this user's computer.
It does this no matter which role he is logged into. He has view or full privileges for the record type in all of his roles.
Any ideas on how to make this stop, he seems to be the only person having this problem.
