Text Enhance feature

I tried the Text Enhance feature in the Release Preview and it worked fine.

As of 2/18/24 we are on the 2024.1 release, but the Text Enhance button/star is not visible for the Item Description field (or any field). Per SuiteAnswers it is on by default. I also checked Set Up / Company / AI / Text Enhance and it was checked.

Is this new feature not available to others that have been upgraded to 2024.1?
