HubSpot NetSuite Synch Issue: Lead turns into Customer in NS
We have the HubSpot/NetSuite integration. When leads synch from HubSpot into NetSuite, NetSuite assigns them "Customer - Won" Status instead of "Qualified Lead" Status.
One article showed how to update the NS Sales Preference to say leads come in as qualified leads. But, there is no such field in my Sales Preference. Note: I am an administrator so I should see it all!
Another suggestion was to update the synch in HubSpot. The HubSpot has no toggle for NS in the synch to set it up as a lead in NetSuite. I can only customize things from synching NetSuite to HubSpot.
