How can I Split customer payment into multiple bank accounts without creating 2 Payments?

So we have the below process right now:

Current Process:

  1. Create a payment through a CSV, hit undeposited funds
  2. Go into the UI, create a deposit and reclass the Undeposited Funds balance to Bank & Tax account

We are looking for a more optimized second step and wanted to see if there is any better or recommended solution than creating 2 payments to have 2 different account?
