Removing duplicate lines from Journal Entry Saved Search

I created a saved search to try to show all journal entries approved for posting over a specified time frame with the creator and last approver indicated. The search appeared to be successful, however it was presenting duplicate lines in the results. I searched SuiteAnswrers and found article 62797 which appeared to have a solution. When I ran the solution though, I received a formula error. Can someone help with where my formula may be off? Or propose an alternate solution?
