Hide Tab on Lead Form

Hello, Community!

We want to display the Marketing tab on the Lead form only when the user is under Marketing Department. I was able to hide the Campaign Event field using a Workflow but unable to locate the tabs under Subscriptions.

Also, we want to change the Campaign Event to free form text instead of dropdown, is this possible? Thank you!
