Can't Adjust Intercompany SO - Line Qty
We have an intercompany transaction with qty. 23 on a line. It has been partially fulfilled, although not that line. It also has a drop ship PO associated with it. PO line has not been received yet.
When the team is trying to adjust the SO line, they receive a message:
The quantity of intercompany transaction cannot be updated because it has been shipped or received.
Any idea what's going on and how to fix? I'm new to interco transactions.
