How can I execute a NetSuite Technical Assessment of Environments?

I would like to know if there are resources or knowledge shared to conduct a NetSuite technical assessment of an archived native environment and present/current state production environment?
To be able to quickly compare environments and that checks for bottlenecks and other technical issues.
I have look at Salto.io and the NetSuite APM tool but this does not help.
Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
