Receive Notification in Saved Search When cases are added passively

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if I can receive email notifications when a case is added to a saved search passively if it meets the criteria of that saved search?

Context: I want to track cases that have not been updated in 5 days, and if a case meets this criteria, it will be added to the saved search passively, not assigning the case directly to the saved search. I want to receive notification like this.

Do we have any way to process this?
